MemorialPics is dedicated to maintaining and protecting your privacy. This includes the privacy of both your information and your photos.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information you provide us when you do business with us or interact with us through any of our websites and the choices you can make about the collection and use of your information. This policy also addresses how we maintain and protect the privacy of the photos you submit to MemorialPics to be made into custom memorial products.

Your content remains your property. MemorialPics will only use your content to fulfill your orders and otherwise as directed by you.

We may share your personal information with third parties who provide support services to us such as helping us fulfill customer orders, process credit card orders and the like. If so, these parties are authorized to use the personal information solely in conjunction with the specific service they provide to or on behalf of MemorialPics. How does MemorialPics protect the privacy of my photos?

We are committed to keeping your content private and secure. We will never make your photos publicly accessible, except as directed by you or as otherwise noted in this policy. Please be aware that, in order to provide quality products, the MemorialPics employees and agents who work to fulfill your orders or provide you with customer support may see your photos in the course of performing their jobs.

All of your photos are stored for up to 30 days after shipment, at which point we may delete them from our systems.

What choices do I have about your use of my personal information?

The goal of our marketing and promotional efforts is to inform you about our products and services, including special promotions, that may be of interest to you. We may use your contact information to inform you of offers. However, if you are contacted and do not wish to receive further marketing communications, use the means by which you were contacted to let us know. If contacted by postal mail, return the mail to the sender. If contacted by e-mail, reply to the e-mail sender or use the unsubscribe mechanism within the email.

We will act promptly to honor your request and remove your name from the sender's marketing list. However, even if we remove your name from use in marketing programs, you may still receive communications from the sender for non-marketing purposes, for example in connection with a pending order or customer service issue.

MemorialPics sites are intended for use by general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
