We collect personal information that identifies you as an individual and other information from you when you interact with us, such as when you upload your photos to MemorialPics; when you place an order for products; when you contact our customer service representatives; or when you respond to a survey or enter a contest or sweepstakes that we administer. your email address
your telephone number(s)
your photos and other content that you send to MemorialPics and/or upload to MemorialPics sites
Information from Social Networking and Third Party Services.

How does MemorialPics use the personal information it collects about me?
We responsibly limit the use and disclosure of your personal information. We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
to provide the products or services or benefits you request, or information about them,
to develop and improve our products and services,
to improve the content of our site and the services we provide, and their usefulness to you,
to deliver MemorialPics marketing communications and promotional materials that may be of interest to you, and
to protect the security or integrity of our databases or website, to take precautions against liability, and to detect and remediate violations of our Terms & Condition or other misuse of MemorialPics sites.
Your content remains your property. MemorialPics will only use your content to fulfill your orders and otherwise as directed by you.
We may also be required to share or transfer your personal information or Your Content in other, limited circumstances, for example, to respond to judicial process, to comply with state, federal or local laws, to protect the security or integrity of our databases or website, to take precautions against liability, in the event of a corporate reorganization or, to the extent required by law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies.
How does MemorialPics protect the privacy of my photos?
We are committed to keeping your content private and secure. We will never make your photos publicly accessible, except as directed by you or as otherwise noted in this policy. Please be aware that, in order to provide quality products, the MemorialPics employees and agents who work to fulfill your orders or provide you with customer support may see your photos in the course of performing their jobs.
All of your photos are stored for up to 30 days after shipment, at which point we may delete them from our systems.
What choices do I have about your use of my personal information?
The goal of our marketing and promotional efforts is to inform you about our products and services, including special promotions, that may be of interest to you. We may use your contact information to inform you of offers. However, if you are contacted and do not wish to receive further marketing communications, use the means by which you were contacted to let us know. If contacted by postal mail, return the mail to the sender. If contacted by e-mail, reply to the e-mail sender or use the unsubscribe mechanism within the email.
We will act promptly to honor your request and remove your name from the sender's marketing list. However, even if we remove your name from use in marketing programs, you may still receive communications from the sender for non-marketing purposes, for example in connection with a pending order or customer service issue.

MemorialPics sites are intended for use by general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a child has provided personal information through MemorialPics sites, we ask that a parent or guardian contact the MemorialPics site in writing at 12790 FM 1560 N #832, Helotes, TX 78023, Attention: Privacy Office or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond accordingly.
No control of third party sites
Please be aware that websites that link to MemorialPics sites, or which MemorialPics sites link to, may collect personal information about you. You should consult the other sites' privacy policies as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
By using MemorialPics sites, you consent to our use of your information as described in this policy. As we implement new technology and introduce new services, or in response to changes in applicable laws or regulations, we will update this policy, so we encourage you to review it often. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without advance notice. We will identify an updated version of this policy with a revised effective date. Changes to our policy will become effective when posted. If these changes materially affect how we use personal information collected from you prior to the date of the revised policy, then we will obtain your consent to the revised policy before applying it to that personal information.
